The box body is of stainless steel thermal insulation structure and equipped with a mixing bin.
1. Layered loading mechanism: the box body is equipped with a 3-layer aluminum alloy loading mechanism as a standard, with a fully enclosed structural frame design. In the internal design of the box body, the walkway floor and top plate can be turned up to facilitate personnel to enter and exit each column, load and unload pigs, and wash each layer of partition board.
2. Feeding system. It is composed of liquid food tank pipeline pump, pipeline, feeding nozzle, etc., to realize the transportation and feeding of liquid food.
3. Constant temperature system. It is composed of vehicle mounted refrigerator, air heater, gas mixing conveying bin, box exhaust fan, etc., to realize the circulation and constant temperature of gas in the living space of piglets.
4. Sewage spray collection system. It is composed of a diversion tank and a sewage collection tank to collect the urine and feces of piglets.
5. Tailgate access. The overall hydraulic lifting platform at the rear of the car is deployed through the hydraulic vertical lifting system to form a channel for piglets to enter and exit the box, and is equipped with guardrails.
