2.SAN-GOBUILD COLOR CHART
All LUCKY STEEL® roof tiles are coated with natural stone chips, volcanically formed, and taken from quarries in French. These coatings add natural beauty to the roof and a hard layer of protection from the weather. Being of natural stone, the vibrant color is protected against the extreme UV of the African sun and will never change.




The result is a more durable roof that still retains the aesthetic advantages of high-end roofing such as classical or shingle tile. Stone-coated steel roof is considered by many to be the most durable and long-lasting of all metal roofs, which are also energy efficient and extremely environmentally friendly.



1.Excellent durability and waterproof 

High-quality aluminum zinc-plated steel sheet and natural stone chip coating with acrylic resin glue make stone coated roof tile superior corrosion resistance and waterproof.

2.Light weight and easy to install

The weight of stone coated metal roof tile is only 1/6 of the traditional tile, only 5.20-6.40kgs/sq.m.It is easy to transport, store and install.

3.Economic

Because it is lightweight but big size, so it usually just takes 3-5days for 2 workers to finish all the installation for a common residence, and related charge of shipment and installation be reduced sharply.

4.Noise reduction and heat insulation

The stone chips could reduce the noise when raining or hailing, it also could insulate from heat when exposing to extremely UV and keep warm in Winter.

Coating composition is 55% aluminum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio), 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon.

Stone-coated steel roof tile is made from galvalume steel and then coated with stone chips and attached to the steel with an acrylic film. Q: Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We're a factory. We manufacture products ourselves.

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: 30% as deposit by T/T, 70% should be paid before loading. Other terms are also negotiable.

Q: What are the terms of delivery?
A: FOB, EXW, CFR, CIF, and so on.

Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.

Q: How do the granules stay bonded to the steel?
A: Specially graded 'non-oiled' natural granite stone chips, produced by CL Rock company are used for all LUCKY STEEL stone coated roof tile. The granules are embedded in a UV resistant acrylic polymer for a lasting bond to the steel substrate.

Q: Are metal roofs noisy?
A: The combination of dead-air space and the stone coating minimize outside sounds.

Q: Is a metal roof dangerous in weather with lightning?
A: No, metal roofing is both an electrical conductor, and a noncombustible material.

Q: Can people walk on CHINA LUCKY STEEL roof?
A: Absolutely, LUCKY STEEL roofs are made of steel and designed to withstand the weight of people walking on them.

Q: How many years warranty?
A:30years color warranty, no fading, no discoloring and we will send you documents with the stamp. 50years lifespan by over 0.40mm stone coated roofing sheets.  

Q: What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally as below:  
1. inside with fluting cardboard;  
2. outside with PE film wrapped ;  
3. 500-700 sheets per pallet;
4. 9000-12000sheets to a 20GP.
