Production process

Maishi ensure the quality of polyester net screen printing mesh

We buy yarn from Jintong,we inspect the yarn when they unloaded in our factory. (tolerance, tensile strength, physics test etc.).

After that, we put the warp wire on beam, draw the warp wire into heddle and reed. Then our experienced weaver will start weaving according to orders.

Initial survey will be done after weaving. Then start heat setting treatment and physical properties inspection, before we get tentative finished rolls(60-500 meters big rolls).

In the end, we'll cut the small rolls(20m-50m) according to customer orders after a final inspection.

Quality control

MAISHI Group makes strict test before the goods dispatched from our factory to ensure the quality of polyester mesh. Make sure customers get perfect quality.

Usage

The scope of printing mesh applications is very extensive. In addition to water and air (including other liquids and gases), any kind of object can be used as a substrate. As an important role in the printing industry, polyester mesh is mainly used for T-shirt printing, garment printing, graphics printing, ceramics printing, glass printing, cosmetic bottles printing, PCB printing, etc.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing:

1.Fold the mesh into plastic bag ,then in carton. Suitable for small quantity.

2.Pack with paper tube and plastic bag,then in carton. Suitable for large quantity and mesh has better surface.

3.As customers' request

Delivery Time

Usually we can ship the goods within 5-30 days according to different quantity as we have stocks 500-2000m for different mesh count.

The exact delivery time will be checked according to final order quantity and our production status .
