Description
Geomembrane Composite Liner is a kind of impervious material consist of non-woven geotextile and geomembrane. During the producing process, on one side or both sides of the film, after drying oven either one or both of far infrared heating, press the geotextile and the geomembrane together by the guide roller pressure to form a composite geomembrane. Along with the development of manufacturing technique, there is a new technique of tape casting method to produce geomembrane composite liner.
Geomembrane composite liner has several types, including one film one cloth, one film two cloth, two film one cloth and more. In the composite, the effect of the geotextile is to protect the geomemrbrane from damage. In order to reduce ultraviolet irradiation and enhance aging resistance, embedding installation is recommended.
Geomembrane composite liner has the feature of high tensile strength, low elongation, vertical and horizontal deformation uniformity, high tearing strength, excellent wear resistance, high water-resisting property.
