According to the demand of market, our technical team designs and manufactures the equipment of biomass pellet production line,which are suitable for the biomass material with the 15-18% moisture to make pellet, such as sawdust, bamboo shavings, wood shavings, barley straw, oat straw, wheat straw, rye straw, rice straw, rice husk, bagasse, sorghum straw, corn straw, beans stalk, peanut vine stalk,etc. We also help optimize the drying and pelleting process according to the property of different biomass materials, production scale, application requirements, cost control, automation level, and site condition. This 550R 700-900kg/h wood biomass pellet line is for our Chili client customer , finished producing in July 2022, and shipping this month August 2022 .

If your raw material moisture above 10-20% , the best raw material content into the pellet machine is 15% . the dryer is needed to dry the raw material moisture . There are two types dryer air flow dryer , and rotary drum dryer .
