Lacquer paint mixer machine use all-stainless steel, U-type swivel design, a single batch was stirred amount 1-10T horizontal stainless steel lacquer mixers, with automatic limit switches, multiple protection, greatly improving the equipment,safety during operation.
Mixer adopt outer and inner layers ribbon blender, coiled form with the rotational direction of the material from both ends toward the middle push, and the inner spiral push with the material from the middle to the ends to ao that to form to convective mixing.

1. This product adopts a horizontal, cylindrical, or u-shaped appearance design.
2. And the internal use double-layer or multi-layer compound ribbon design as the main axle has two or more ribbons with the same conveying capacity and different coil diameters, and different rotation directions.
3. Usually when the main axle working, one ribbon pushes the material from left to right and another from right to left, making the material convection mixing and achieving the objective of uniform mixing.
4. First add water into the mixer, then pour the mother liquor mixed by dispersion machine, hoist the color sand up to the mixer through the screwing conveyor, lasting start to stir them together in the machine.
