 A Fiber Optic Splice Sleeves For Single Fiber Joint Protection is consisted of cross linked polyolefin, hot melt tubes and stainless reinforcing steel rod which keep optic transmission properties of optical fiber and enhance the protection to optical fiber splices. It is friendly operated to the optic fiber during installation without damaged and micro bending. The Fiber Optic Splice Sleeves For Single Fiber Joint Protection is fitted to the sleeve holders that are generally exist in fiber optic trays.

 Fiber Optic Splice Sleeves For Single Fiber Joint Protection is designed for 250μm bare fiber splicing protection. Length is 45mm, other length also available. it is special used in smaller application, such as CWDM, DWDM ect. 45mm Micro Bare Fiber Special Desinged for 250μm Fiber Optic Splicing Heat Shrink Sleeve is commonly known as Fiber Optic Splice Sleeves For Single Fiber Joint Protection is widely used in communication optical fiber splicing projects, it is consisted of a special cross-linked polyolefin, a hot melt tube and a strengthen member.

 

 

Features:

  1. Clear sleeve make it easy to detect splice before shrinkage
  2. Airproof structure keeping the splice point's good resistance of humidity and temperature
  3. Strength member is made from "Full hard" stainless steel of 304 grade and is ground at the edges before polishing to make it completely burr free to avoid rupturing during shrinking. 304 SS rod offers better corrosion resistance, even in coastal environment. Resistant to heat shocks, no cracking dripping or flowing
  4. Min. shrinks temperature: 120 °C, shrink very fast and very easy to installation
  5. Work temperature high (-55°C~100°C), widely used
  6. Sealing structure let closure have good resistance to temperature and humidity performance
