SOLID WOVEN CONVEYOR BELT
Main features: The belt core designed and woven by our own company. After being impregnated with PVC paste and plasticized at high temperature (or vulcanized by flat plate), the whole belt has no delamination, small elongation, impact resistance, tear resistance and good mechanical joint performance.
Applicable industry: suitable for conveying materials in mines, coal mines and so on. PVC type conveyor belt: suitable for the angle of 16 degrees below the dry conditions of the environment; PVG type conveyor belt with rubber surface and solid woven: suitable for wet and water environment with dip angle below 20 degrees.

2. Flame Retardancy
(1) Grinding number of drum: the surface temperature of the drum shall not be greater than 325 ºC
(2) Blowtorch combustion: the average time for full-thickness specimen to blowtorch without flame shall not be greater than 3.0s, and the average time for covering layer removal shall not be greater than 5.0S
(3) Propane combustion: Nondestructive length greater than 2250mm

PVC PVG :Experiment and Test
(1)Drum friction test
When each specimen is subjected to the drum friction test, flame-burning and flameless combustion phenomenon shall not occur in any part of it, and the surface temperature of the drum shall not be greater than 325ºC
(2)Alcohol torch combustion test:
The test pieces shall comply with the following provisions after the alcohol torch combustion test:
A)For 6 specimens with complete covering layer, after the blowtorch is removed, the arithmetic mean of flame-burning time and flame-free combustion time on all specimens shall not be greater than 3.0s.The single value of flame-free combustion time and flame-free combustion time on each specimen shall not be greater than 10.0s.
B)For 18 specimens with the overburden stripped off, after the blowtorch is removed, the arithmetic mean of flame-burning time and flame-free combustion time on all specimens shall not be greater than 5.0s.The single value of flaming combustion time and flameless combustion time on each specimen shall not be greater than 15.0s.
