1.HS301 pure aluminum welding wire (ER1100) Performance characteristics: pure aluminum welding wire is suitable
for argon arc welding and oxygen-acetylene gas welding pure aluminum and aluminum alloy with low joint
requirements as filling material, widely used in chemical industry aluminum equipment. Aluminum content ≥99.5%,
has good corrosion resistance, very high thermal and electrical conductivity, and excellent machinability.
The anodized material is ideal for color matching and is recommended for welding 1000 series aluminum alloy.
2, HS311 aluminum-silicon alloy wire (ER4047) performance characteristics: aluminum-silicon alloy wire, often
used for aluminum alloy workpiece and castings argon arc welding and oxygen - acetylene gas welding filler material,
especially for easy to produce hot crack heat treatment to strengthen aluminum alloy, can obtain good results.
This product is 12% silicon alloy welding wire, suitable for welding all kinds of casting and extrusion aluminum alloy.
Low melting point and good fluidity make the welding deformation of base metal small.
3, HS311 aluminum-silicon alloy wire (ER4043) performance characteristics: aluminum-silicon alloy wire, often used
for aluminum alloy workpiece and castings argon arc welding and oxygen - acetylene gas welding filler material,
especially for easy to produce hot crack heat treatment to strengthen aluminum alloy, can obtain good results.
This product contains 5% silicon alloy welding wire, suitable for welding cast aluminum alloy typical chemical
composition: Si 5, Mg≤0.10, Fe≤0.04, Cu≤0.05, AL allowance uses: ships, locomotives, chemical industry, food,
sports equipment, mold, furniture, containers, containers. Aluminum magnesium alloys are excluded.
4, HS331 aluminum magnesium alloy wire (ER5356) performance characteristics: aluminum magnesium alloy
wire, aluminum magnesium alloy argon arc welding and oxygen-acetylene gas welding of the most basic
filling material, in aluminum zinc magnesium alloy welding and aluminum magnesium casting repair welding
is also used. This product is alloy welding wire containing 5% magnesium, is a kind of versatile welding material,
suitable for welding or surfacing 5% magnesium cast and forged aluminum alloy, high strength, good malleability,
has good corrosion resistance.
5, HS331 aluminum magnesium alloy wire (ER5183) performance characteristics: aluminum magnesium alloy
wire, aluminum magnesium alloy argon arc welding and oxygen-acetylene gas welding of the most basic
filling material, in aluminum zinc magnesium alloy welding and aluminum magnesium casting repair welding
is also used. Alloy welding wire containing 3% magnesium is suitable for welding or surfacing aluminum alloy materials
of the same grade.
