Description
We adopt JB/T4014 technical standards to produce PVC insulated water-resistant winding wire, and standardize its varieties, specifications, technical requirements and inspection standards. It is used in water pump motor with AC rated voltage U0/U 450/700V water-filled submersible motor class under similar conditions of PVC insulated water-resistant winding wire, referred to as PVC water-resistant water line.

Commonly used water-resistant insulated wire for submersible motor: SQYN type lacquered copper conductor polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed water resistant winding wire, SJYN twisted copper conductor polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed water resistant winding wire, SV Type B solid copper conductor polyvinyl chloride insulated water resistant winding wire, SJV type stranded copper conductor polyvinyl chloride insulated water resistant winding wire, SYJN type solid copper conductor polyvinyl chloride insulated nylon sheathed water resistant winding wire and SJYN type stranded copper conductor polyvinyl chloride insulated nylon sheathed water resistant winding wire.

PVC waterline is a special wire for stator winding of submersible motor, with oxygen free copper wire as conductor, coated with insulation layer, using single layer insulation structure (70ºC), with Germany imported polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as insulation material, strong toughness, containing non-polluting antioxidant, using German NSW standard, to meet the requirements of a variety of submersible motor operation.
The rated working voltage of the winding wire is 450/750V
The winding wire works in water for a long time, the PH value of the water is 6.5~8.5, and the water temperature is not more than 10kgf/cm

The long-term operating temperature of the winding wire should not exceed 70ºC
The insulation thickness and outer diameter of water-resistant insulated wire should meet the requirements of national standards, and the thickness of the thinniest insulation caused by eccentricity should not be less than 80% of the nominal thickness. The insulation surface of the wire should be smooth and round, without bubbles, impurities and mechanical damage, and the insulation should be tightly packed on the copper core. The OUTSIDE DIAMETER OF THE WATER-RESISTANT INSULATED WIRE IS MEASURED WITH a MICROmeter. The difference between the large outside diameter and the minimum outside diameter of the wire measured on the same section shall not exceed 5% of the upper limit of the average outside diameter.
