Q: How do you handle the overseas orders ?
A: Thanks to the excellent prevention and control of the epidemic in the country, our production operations are in normal mode. For orders from abroad, we plan delivery dates based on preliminary communication. If the product is a conventional product, the customer provides detailed packaging specifications and we search for similar or identical samples in the local market to save on shipping costs and lead time. Once the equipment has been manufactured and assembled, we will arrange performance tests and quality checks. The customer can observe the appearance, configuration and test results of the equipment online via video conference. Once the test is completed, we will contact a professional freight forwarder to ensure timely delivery
