After the acceptance and delivery of the product, the operator of the user will be trained free of charge. The training contents include: functions of the equipment, operation of the equipment, precautions, routine maintenance and emergency troubleshooting.
After receiving customer's product quality problem information, find out the cause through Marketing Department, after-sales Service department and other relevant departments and reply within 2 hours. If on-site solution is needed, technical service personnel shall be arranged to go to the site for inspection and treatment within 8 hours and 24 hours outside the province, and the service personnel shall not be evacuated if the quality problem is not solved. For each user feedback product quality problems and processing results our company will be archived.
Our company strictly follows the provisions of the contract law and the order contract, can prove that the product itself has design, material or processing defects, and submit a written application to our company, our company will be free of charge to recall the defective products, repair, replacement or full refund at the order price. If it is the customer's responsibility, the company's sales and technical staff will assist the customer to properly deal with it, in order to satisfy the customer and achieve customer satisfaction.
Strengthen the contact with customers, pay attention to customers' opinions, formulate the product quality tracking information card system for customers, improve customer files, and regularly return the product visit, understand the operation of the equipment, to ensure that customers long-term, reliable use of our products.
