HEPA Diffuser /HEPA BOX

HEPA box is a terminal filtration device with side and vertical configured air supply. It consists of a static pressure box, HEPA filter and diffused hole plate. A range of finishes are available, including cold rolled steel, stainless steel 201 / 304, and powder coated steel for user choice.

It is installed at the same level of the ceiling where a HEPA filter is fixed inside the box to produce the required cleanliness in its specified classification. It creates turbulent flow to ensure a good mixture of dust-free air in the environment.

The high-efficiency HEPA diffuser is an ideal terminal filtration device for ISO6, 7 and 8 purification air conditioning systems, and can be widely used in Pharmaceutical, health, electronics, chemical and other industries. The HEPA diffuser is used as a terminal filtration device for the renovation and new construction of clean rooms at all levels from ISO6 through ISO8, and it is the key equipment to meet the purification requirements.

According to the installation position, the types of HEPA Boxes are divided into side air outlet,
top air outlet (downward supply),
and ground air outlet (upward supply);
According to the flow condition of the outgoing air, they are divided into diffuser type,
axial type HEPA box
and orifice plate air supply .

Diffusion-type has a greater effect of inducing indoor air, and the air supply temperature decays quickly, but the blowing range is short; the axial-type has a small effect of inducing indoor air flow, the attenuation of air temperature and speed is slow, and the range is long; orifice plate air supply port It is an air outlet full of small holes on the flat plate, with uniform velocity distribution and fast attenuation.

The specific forms of tuyere are optional with:
movable louver tuyere, spout,
square and round diffuser,
adjustable strip diffuser and rotary tuyere.
