Brief Introduction

There are generally three main steps in the recycling of photovoltaic modules: first, dismantle the modules by machine or manually, remove the backplane, wires and aluminum frame; second, crush the modules, and remove the tempered glass; The battery panels are crushed and sorted to extract metals and plastics.
The main components of photovoltaic modules are aluminum frame, glass, battery sheet, EVA film and back plate. Among them, the main component of glass is silicon dioxide, and the secondary components are soda ash, limestone, magnesia, alumina, Glauber's salt, carbon; EVA is mainly ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; the core component of the cell is mainly monocrystalline silicon and Polysilicon; the main material of the frame is metal aluminum; the back plate is composed of two layers of PVF film and one layer of PET film. More than 90% of these materials can be recycled.
Process flow:
The scrapped photovoltaic panels enter the shredder for shredding, and the shredded materials enter the shredder for crushing. The EVA film and monocrystalline silicon wafers are broken up. The broken materials enter the collector through the induced draft fan, and then are sorted. , sort out the silicon, and the remaining mixed material enters the pulverizer, and then enters the airflow sorting screen through the air locker, and the positive metal and plastic are collected through the airflow plus vibration, and the dust generated by the airflow sorter is collected at the same time .
