The traditional method of extracting essential oils from citrus is called pressing or cold pressing.  Extract essential oils by soaking orange peel in warm water and pressing the peel.  Then, use a sponge to absorb the extracted liquid.  After that, squeeze the sponge over the container to collect all the extracts and allow the essential oil to separate from the juice to get the sweet orange oil.
