About quality warranty.
1,After you receive the goods,in 7-10days,once you discovery defects of products,you can use your phone taking a picture to record it and contact with us as soon as possible.we can do our best to solved it for you
2,we keep a promise the products warranty is 12months,if you have some didn't work and quality issue products on your sales ,you can return that in 1 years,we will reture the new products to you.

Question1. Could we get some samples before place order and how long to get the samples?
Forever: Yes, samples could be offered for free for 1-3 days. Regarding customized samples, sample fee will be determined by your printing artwork. It is 7-15 days for pre-production sample.

Question2. Can you produce customized product?
Forever: Yes. Different exterior finishes are available, such as matt, brushed, anodized, painted, polish and so on. Customized Logo or special designs are all available

Question3. Which payment way is workable?
Forever: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, PayPal, Western Union are all for your selections.

Question4. What is your MOQ?
Forever: Our MOQ is usually 5000 pcs.
