Description
Strong, Secure Anti-Climb Fence for High-Security Applications

358 Anti-Climb Fence
358 Anti-climb security fence, known as "prison mesh", is a high-security anti-climbing and anti-cutting welded wire fence. Galvanized wire, commonly, is fused into fencing panels with extremely fine opening holes, which cannot be penetrated by hand fingers or cut by bolt cutters. Therefore it is highly recommended for high-security needed areas and private living fields.

Property:
1. Anti-climbing - Due to the high-density mesh of the 358 guardrail, it is impossible to grasp the hands and feet, which plays very good protection against climbing.
2. Anti-shear - the wire diameter is large, and the mesh is dense, making the wire cut useless.
3. Beautiful appearance - the mesh surface is flat, and the perspective is higher.

"358" comes from its measurements 3"*0.5"*8" gauges which equates to approx.76.2mm*12.7mm*4mm(Length*Height*Diameter) in metric.

358 security fences are extremely difficult to penetrate with the small mesh aperture being effectively finger-proof and extremely difficult to attack using conventional hand tools.

Specification

The Anti-climb fence, also known as security fence or prison fence, is a type of fencing designed to prevent people from climbing over it or squeezing through the gaps. It is typically made from strong, durable materials such as steel or high-strength aluminum. The horizontal and vertical wires are spaced closely together, typically 3" x 0.5", which makes it difficult for people to climb over or through the fence. The wires may also be angled outward or topped with razor wire or other security features to further deter climbing.

Connection

There are several methods for connecting anti-climb fence panels, depending on the type of fence and the specific requirements of the installation. Here are some common methods for connecting anti-climb fence panels:

Clamp and bolt connection:
One common method for connecting anti-climb fence panels is to use clamp and bolt connections. This involves using a clamp to hold the panels together, and then securing the clamp with bolts. This method provides a strong, secure connection that is relatively easy to install.

Welding:
Another common method for connecting anti-climb fence panels is welding. This involves using a welding machine to fuse the panels at the points where they meet. Welding provides a very strong, permanent connection that is suitable for high-security applications.

Interlocking panels:
Some types of anti-climb fence panels are designed to interlock, meaning that the panels connect without the need for additional hardware. The panels may have slots or other features that allow them to be easily joined together to create a continuous fence. This method provides a secure connection that is easy to install and remove.

Screws and bolts:
In some cases, anti-climb fence panels can be connected using screws or bolts. This involves drilling holes in the panels and attaching them using screws or bolts. This method provides a strong, secure connection, but may require additional tools and expertise to install.

Application

The Anti-climb fence is commonly used to secure some bases and other sensitive installations. The strong, durable construction and security features of the fence help to prevent unauthorized access and protect against potential threats.

- Border security:
The Anti-climb fence is often used in border security applications to prevent illegal crossings and protect against potential threats. The fence is typically installed along the border to create a barrier difficult for people to climb over or squeeze through.
- Airports and transportation facilities:
The Anti-climb fence is commonly used at airports and other transportation facilities to secure the perimeter and prevent unauthorized access. The fence helps to protect against potential threats and ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
- Commercial and industrial facilities:
The Anti-climb fence is often used in commercial and industrial settings to secure equipment and machinery, protect against theft and vandalism, and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive areas.

Package

When anti-climb fences are waiting to be loaded onto cargo, they are typically packed in a way that protects the fence from damage and makes it easy to transport. Here are some common methods for packing anti-climb fences for cargo:

Wrapping the fence with protective material:
Before loading the fence onto the cargo, it is often wrapped with a protective material such as bubble wrap or plastic sheeting. This helps to prevent damage to the fence during transportation, such as scratches or dents.

Securing the fence to a pallet:
Another common method for packing anti-climb fences for cargo is to secure the fence to a pallet. This involves placing the fence on a sturdy wooden or plastic pallet and using straps or other fasteners to hold it in place. This helps to prevent the fence from shifting or falling during transportation.

Covering the fence with a protective tarp:
In some cases, the fence may be covered with a protective tarp before loading it onto the cargo. The tarp helps to protect the fence from the elements, such as rain or sunlight, and can also prevent damage from other cargo that may be stacked on top of it.

Stacking the fence panels:
Depending on the size and weight of the fence panels, they may be stacked on top of each other before loading them onto the cargo. This can save space and make it easier to transport the fence, but it is important to ensure that the panels are securely stacked and won't shift or fall during transportation.
