1. Can I place sample order before buy with bulk quantity?
-Yes, you can place sample order first to check product quality.
2. Can you make the product with my design and packaging?
-Yes, we can make the products with your design and your branding and your packaging.
3. How long can I get the samples?
- You can get samples in 5-8 days after you pay.
4. How about your price ?
- We are manufacturer, we can provide competitive prices, but quality is the most important. For big quantity, special discounts will be made to help you enlarge your market quickly.
5. What about the time for the bulk order production?
- It depends on the order quantity and season when you placed the order. In general, the production time around 2-4 weeks.
6. How long will the shipping take?
- For express shipment, like DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT etc, usually 4-8 working days.
- For sea/ocean shipment, it usually needs 25-35 days, depends on your destination port.
