FAQ Q1: If can make our own design for multi category but small quantity? A: Yes, we can, as we have own professional design team, and we do for the low MOQ and different category, also we have own warehouse, so this is our strengths.
Q2: How to control the quality? A: We have own QC, every item and every order, we will arrange QC for inspeciton and send report for your confirm. 100% inspection of goods to ensure a very low defective.
Q3: What is the delivery time? A: For sample about 5-7 days. For the order, it depends on the quantity, normally about for 30 days after received the deposit and confirm the all details.
Q4: What is your payment term? A: We usually accpet for 30% T/T in advance, and 70% before shipment or copy of BL as main payment term, of course also can negotiated acoording to the order.
Q5: How to make an order? A: 1. Sample approval. 2. Client make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI. 3. Client approve our pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary. 4. FRI. 5. Arrange shipment. 6. Supplier arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents. 7. Client effects balance payment. 8. Supplier send original documents or telex release the goods. 9. Quality warranty for 60 days after shipment.
