Q1.What's the MOQ?
A: Usually 10000SQM format or 1 Ton for glass fiber.
Q2.How can I get a sample?
A: Normally small samples can be sent free of charge and customers just need to bear the shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL, FEDEX, EMS, and UPS courier account number to us. For bigger sizes, it depends.
Q3.How do you do quality control?
A: We have the most professional tech team and experienced workers, from material choosing, and production process to final packing, all are under strict control to make sure you can sure you can get qualified fiber products.
Q4.Can your company customize products?
A: We usually discuss with customers and help them find solutions.
Q5. How long does the sample take you to check quality?
A: Usually a sample will be prepared within one week after the specification is agreed upon.
Q6.What about your delivery time? Can we receive our goods on time?
A: Usually around 2-3 weeks after the order is confirmed. The exact delivery time depends on order quantity and the Off-season/ busy season.
