1, Equipment Usage
The equipment is widely used for the treatment of all wastewater containing paint: paint spraying rooms, water curtain cabinets, exhaust gas treatment spray towers, and large circulating water tanks. All painting and painting industries.
2, Equipment principle
The sewage from the circulating water tank is sucked into the centralized dosing reaction system through a sewage pump, which is achieved by coordinating the joint action of the mechanical system and the paint mist coagulant (AB agent). This system is compatible with the chemical and physical processes of agents A and B, saving the use of paint mist coagulants. The vertical separation design is adopted to allow floating paint residue to gather on the water surface, and then the paint residue is transported to a collection container or secondary dehydration device through a scraping system. The cleaned circulating water after treatment returns to the circulating water tank under the action of gravity for recycling. This device does not use filtering media, which can effectively reduce operating costs.
3, Equipment function
1. The water treated by the equipment is as clear as tap water, and more than 99% of the paint mist adsorbed in the circulating water is separated. The circulating water does not need to be discharged, and can be recycled to achieve zero discharge of painting and painting circulating water.
2. The separated paint residue is non adhesive and has low water content. It is packed in a woven bag and filtered for air drying; At the same time, our paint residue dewatering machine can also be used to further dehydrate and reduce weight of paint residue, saving on hazardous waste treatment costs.
3. The COD and BOD of the circulating water are greatly reduced, and the SS (solid suspended solids) value is almost zero.
4. The equipment occupies a small area, is easy to install, does not require civil engineering, and does not require changes to the original equipment;
