PRODUCTION ENVIROMENT:Our PFA products are manufactured in a clean workshop of IS014644-1 class 7 (OR, the US Federal 209E standard 10000), and cleaned and packed in a clean workshop of IS014644-1 class 5 (Or, the US Federal 209E standard 100).
Our PFA raw material is semiconductor grade , which meets the SEMI F57 ion precipitation requirements;
