Check the gas pressure reducing valve to ensure that its output pressure is 0.5-0.8Mpa.
Check all surfaces in contact with materials in online checkweigher to ensure that they are clean, tidy and free of any adhesive residues.
Check that the outlet of the feeding weighing platform is 0.2~1mm higher than the inlet of the weighing weighing platform, and the outlet of the weighing weighing platform is 0.5~2mm higher than the inlet of the discharging belt.
Ensure that blanking boxes, unqualified material collection boxes and qualified material collection devices are installed in place.
Cover the windproof cover of the weighing unit.
Second, the preparation work before operation

Zero check
Product selection and checkweighing parameter setting (upper and lower weight limits, sorting threshold, belt speed, rejection parameters, etc.)
Static weighing accuracy test and static calibration
Dynamic weighing accuracy test and dynamic calibration
Third, the check operation

Enter the main interface of the touch screen, and click "Start" to officially start the duplicate checking work. If the weighing platform cannot return to zero, the checkweigher cannot be started. At this time, make sure that the weighing platform is free of foreign objects, click "Clear" and then click "Start".
During normal operation, when the light blocking time is too long and the weight of the weighing platform continues to be too large, the checkweigher will automatically stop and give an alarm, and the operator will click "Start" again after following the prompts.
During normal operation, the materials in the nonconforming product bin and the qualified product collection container should be manually checked to test the reliability of the rejection action.
