FLUORESCENT SPRAY PAINT APPLICATIONS

Fluorescent spray paint colors are widely used in various metal, surface-treated wood, glass, ABS, advertising printing, decoration, instrument manufacturing industries and other surface coatings.

DIRECTION OF USING FLUORESCENT SPRAY PAINT

1 Thoroughly remove dirt, grease, oil, and water on the surface to be painted.
2 Fill the recessed part with Poly-Putty Base and smooth it.
3 During application, the fluorescent spray paint should be sprayed 2~3 times to match the white background to ensure a better fluorescent effect.
4 Shake the fluorescent spray paint can vigorously for two minutes after the mixing ball begins to rattle until the paint is fully mixed and uniform.
5 Hold the fluorescent spray paint can upright 20-30cm from surface and use your index finger to press down the nozzle to spray in a steady back and forth motion.
6 Spray several layers at room temperature with the intermittence of 1-2 minutes between layers. 2 to 3 times applications are recommended to ensure paint film thickness reaches 20 μm.
7 If used outdoors, the surface of the paint film must be covered with a special light-resistant varnish for fluorescent paint to increase the durability of outdoor colors.
