Q1: What is your payment term?
T/T 30% Deposit Payment before production, 70% Balance Payment against B/L Copy.
Q2: Can you accept 100% L/C at sight?
Our regular payment term is T/T 30% deposit, balance 70% against B/L copy. 95% of customers use this method.
It is also acceptable for T/T 30% deposit, balance 70% by L/C at sight (But with US$300 extra cost), this is because L/C is really causing very high banking commission for us. For your reference, T/T only cost US$20-50 each time, but L/C will cost us around US$300 each time.
Q3: What is your delivery time if I order from you?
Normally, our delivery time will be 40~45days after P/I is confirmed & deposit is received.
Q4: Can you accept mixed container orders, for example, 2 or 3 models in 1*20'?
For your reference, normally our quoted price for fitness equipment is for 1*20' each model. As this is your first trial order, it's OK for us to mix 2 models in one container.
Q5: Can you change the product's color?
It's OK to change the product's color based on your requirement. If you need it, we can also send you some color design options for you to choose from. We are focusing on creating something special to keep our customers unique on the market.
Q6: Can you put our Logo on Products?
It's acceptable for OEM orders, please kindly send us your logo design. We will make Logo designs on products and cartons for your reference.
Q7: We would like to use the color box for our Treadmill, can you do that?
Normally, we will use standard 5 layers of the brown carton to pack our product.
Color Box will cause the extra cost for sure. We are using the color boxes for some of the promotion orders(Minimum 1000pcs) in the past. So we would really appreciate it if you can advise the estimated order quantities so that we can check the extra cost for you.
Q8: What is your Spare Parts policy?
We will provide 1% Free Consumable Spare Parts together with each container. Additionally, most professional customers will also order some spare parts in stock for easy service.
Q9: If we have any problem when we receive your Treadmill, how can I deal with it?
If you have any defective of our product, we will offer free spare parts from our side.
BTW, we also need our customers to help us to take pictures or videos, so that we can study, feedback on the reason, offer solutions and keep improving in future shipments.
Q10: Can you provide the sample for the test?
