\ BRIEF INTRODUCTION \

Favorable to meet the power peak demands of summer, CEEG's oil-immersed power transformers are suitable for distribution networks with high load rates under high temperatures and places with shock load and continuous overload requirements. Such as steel, metallurgical industry, railroad transportation, power plant, hydropower station, etc.

The new high-temperature resistant transformer independently developed by CEEG adopts a mixed insulation structure, and the hot spot temperature part of the body uses DuPont's Nomex insulation material (grade C heat resistance) and mineral oil, which truly meets the operational requirements of "high overload, safety, and reliability" in the whole life cycle. This product is the best choice for users with special high requirements for transformers or renewal and transformation (capacity expansion and transformation on the basis of the original transformer).
The no-load loss of the product is more than 10% lower than that of the current national standard gb6451-2015, and the load loss is more than 5% lower than that of the current national standard gb6451-2015. The performance meets the energy efficiency standard of gb20052-2020. The noise level of self-cooling is lower than the national standard. According to the needs of users, the advanced Nomex insulating material and transformer insulating oil of DuPont can be used to make the product performance meet the requirements of high overload, high service life, high reliability, high safety, and high capacity density.

5. No leakage: The oil tank and oil storage cabinet have been tested for positive and negative pressure to ensure that there will be no oil leakage during normal operation. The components are installed with a flange groove structure, and all seals are made of high-quality once-formed acrylate rubber parts to prevent il-leakage.
6. Strong short circuit resistance: The transformer coils are calculated with reasonable ampere-turn balance and semi-rigid copper wire is used. The core claiming parts are calculated for strength and stiffness to meet the safety requirements of maximum short-circuit mechanical force. The winding pads are all densified and made of high-density rigid cardboard and adopted integra set & integral pressing to ensure the accuracy of assembly and the short-circuit resistance.

\ CORE TECHNOLOGY \ 


The active part adopts a high-temperature resistant hybrid insulation system, preferably matching parts, truly the same 30 years design of the life-span.
Oil transformer all adopts the basic structural form of traditional transformer. The core is heart-type; the high-voltage winding adopts pancake-type coil; the low-voltage winding adopts wire-wound or foil-type coil according to different capacities. The biggest difference with the traditional transformer is the choice of high-temperature-resistant insulating paper. The insulation structure of 35kV and below oil-immersed power transformer belongs to the mixed insulation system, the wire turn insulation uses high temperature resistant insulating paper, and the insulation material with a lower temperature coefficient is used in the lower temperature parts.
The oil-immersed power transformers use high temperature-resistant insulating paper as insulation material and use different temperature-resistant grade insulation materials for different temperature parts according to the temperature field principle, so it has good temperature resistance performance and a large margin in the design.
High-temperature resistant transformers can be safely operated in more than 40 ºC ambient temperature and do not affect their lifespan. It is safe and reliable even when operating at 20% overrated capacity. It provides a good solution to the problem of safe power supply during peak load periods. 



\ GUARANTEE MEASURES FOR LOW PARTIAL DISCHARGE OF 110kV OIL TRANSFORMERS \ 
The generation of transformer partial discharge mainly depends on the design process assurance and process control. We change the traditional concept, use the viewpoint of "field strength" instead of "voltage" to determine the insulation parameters and insulation structure, select more appropriate insulation materials, and adopt advanced production technology to ensure the low partial discharge
of the transformer.
1. Design: study the mechanism and external performance of partial discharge, make a targeted adjustment, and invite experts in the industry to demonstrate and discuss, so as to fundamentally solve the causes of partial discharge;

 SERVICE CONDITIONS - The installation site shall not be flooded by water, the altitude shall not exceed 1000m, and the ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40ºC. The relative humidity is 100%, and the environment is 40ºC to -25ºC (-25ºC requires an on-load tap changer and temperature controller).


PACKAGING & TRANSPORTATION - The products can be partially disassembled and transported (such as on-load tap changer, temperature controller, air cooling device, enclosure, etc. can be packaged separately) or packed as one piece in packaging boxes for transportation.


VISUAL INSPECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION - After opening the package, remove the protective device and check the external conditions, especially paying attention to the mechanical integrity of the coil and iron core, and the bolt fastening at the connection.


INSPECTION BEFORE OPERATION - Measure the DC resistance of high voltage and low voltage windings. Then check the grounding of the iron core to see whether the grounding is reliable and whether foreign matters are overlapping. Last to test the insulation resistance.

ENERGIZING - Before putting into operation, the transformer shall be put into trial operation under no-load, and the protection system shall be checked and adjusted after 3 times of impulse closing.

\ DESIGN & MANUFACTURE PROCESS \

Based on more than 30 years of design, manufacturing, and experimental experience in the transformer industry, CEEG has developed a set of advanced three-dimensional + parametric design software, which can realize automatic design, cost optimization, and simulation.
Fully considering the requirements of the national and industrial standards, ensuring the advantageous design of products.

The high-voltage winding conductor is wound with a high-quality conductor and reinforced with long and short-cut glass fiber felt. Poured by the advanced Heidrich vacuum pouring system under vacuum. Effectively restrain the occurrence of partial discharge, and the partial discharge is ≤ 5pc.

The low-voltage winding adopts a high-quality foil conductor and is wound on an automatic foil winding machine. The foil winding machine adopts the patented technology of foil wire hydraulic energy-saving tension crimping device, high-precision detection of ±0.5mm, and advanced argon arc welding technology, which plays a key role in ensuring the quality of coil winding.

The iron core adopts a high-quality high magnetic conductivity-oriented silicon steel sheet, a 45° full oblique step lapping process, and the surface adopts special moisture-proof and rust-proof coating, which effectively reduces the no-load current and noise level.



\ TESTING \ 

All products strictly control the production process and quality links, and conduct strict tests and inspections according to national standards and customized requirements before leaving the factory, including partial discharge inspection, lightning resistance and electric shock inspection, noise inspection, and other necessary inspection items. Advanced test and detection equipment and a perfect inspection and detection system ensure the high quality and high quality of products.


\ USE & INSTALLATION \

The installation site shall be clean, free of conductive dust and corrosive gas, and have good ventilation or artificial ventilation conditions.
During product installation, it shall be 300mm away from walls and other obstacles, and there shall be a distance of 300mm between adjacent transformers. For distribution boxes and other places with limited installation space, the above distance can be adjusted appropriately.


PACKAGING & TRANSPORTATION - The products can be partially disassembled and transported (such as on-load tap changer, temperature controller, air cooling device, enclosure, etc. can be packaged separately) or packed as one piece in packaging boxes for transportation.
During the lifting process of the package, ropes shall be hung on sleepers at the four corners at the bottom of the package. Special lifting devices should be used to lift the products after the package is opened. It can be lifted 100mm - 150mm above the ground first, and then formally lifted after there is no abnormality.

During transportation, there shall be no upward and downward slope greater than 15° on the road. In order to ensure that the vehicle can bear the load evenly, the product center of gravity shall be located on the vertical centerline of the vehicle during loading. In order to prevent displacement and rollover during transportation, the long-axis direction of the product shall be consistent with the transportation direction, and the product shall be firmly bound on the vehicle.

VISUAL INSPECTION BEFORE INSTALLATION - After opening the package, remove the protective device and check the external conditions, especially paying attention to the mechanical integrity of the coil and iron core, and the bolt fastening at the connection.
After inspection, all fasteners, coils, and iron core pressing parts must be tightened in turn without any looseness.
Use dry compressed air or a clean cloth to clean the dust and dirt on the product.
When the storage time is long and there are water droplets or condensation on the transformer surface, it shall be dried until the insulation resistance of the coil is qualified.


INSPECTION BEFORE OPERATION - Measure the DC resistance of high voltage and low voltage windings. Then check the grounding of the iron core to see whether the grounding is reliable and whether foreign matters are overlapping. Last to test the insulation resistance.

ENERGIZING - Before putting into operation, the transformer shall be put into trial operation under no-load, and the protection system shall be checked and adjusted after 3 times of impulse closing.
When the product leaves the factory, the tap positions of voltage regulation at the high-voltage side are connected according to the rated position. Voltage adjustment is required during operation. The corresponding tap connection voltage is indicated on the nameplate (when there is no excitation voltage regulation), and it must be carried out when the transformer power supply is cut off.
