IntroductionThis mixing tank consists of a homogenizer mixer pot, heating pipe, control cabinet, and platform. The working pot is made of three layers of stainless steel and double jackets. The inner layer is SUS 316L, top frame mixer, and high shear homogenizer can emulsify and mix the products into smaller molecules to achieve good and high-quality products. Due to the capacity of the working pot being so big, if heated by electricity, it will take a long time to heat the tank, therefore we design it with a steam heating system to decrease the heating time and increase the working efficiency.Application
