Iron Printing: Our company has imported tens of production lines of Fuji P451 and P452 iron-printing machines, Germany-made KBA four-color iron-printing machines, F451 and F452 coating machines and Germany-made KBA coating machines, which are the most advanced in the world and could print and coat the hard-packing materials such as tinplate, aluminum sheets, etc. The company introduces CTP plate-making machines and adopts digital workflow that can change characters and pictures into digits and form the printing plate directly. These have contributed to improvement of our printing efficiency and product quality Printing size is from 710x510mm to 1145x960mm with thickness of 0.13-0.40 mm. The annual printing capacity of ther machines is 450million pieces. The company undertakes the business of printing and manufacturering tinplate which is widely used for the product packages of food, spray, beverage, eddible oil, lubricant, cigarette, precent, stationery, etc. and for decoration as well as for electric panal.
Tin-making: We equipped ith several imported European full-automatic and high-speed (300 pieces per minute) aerosol can production lines, advanced domestic-madeaeroasol can production lines, Taiwan bevergae can production line, and a whole set of full- automatic stacking and packing equipments, our company implements full-automatic production throughout the manufacturing process and has an annual capacity of producing 400 million three-pieces tinplate aerosol cnas and beverage cans. The main can types include diameter of φ45mm, 52mm, 57mm, 60mm, 65mm, 70mm, which are widely used in the package of household, health tending and protecting such as insecticide and air freshener, as well as various kinds used in the package of surface care, building, fire fighting, machine and hygiene, health care, beverage, and so on. All products are manufactured in accordance with GB-13042-2008 standards and managed according to ISO9001:2008 quality system. We usually pack the cans by pallet and carton to preventing and reducing damage during transportation, the valve and the small cap will be packed seperately by cartons.
