Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes. We can produce products according to customer's requirements and accept customized design. Besides, if you have any ideas, we are here to make it out.
Q: How is your factory production capability?
A: We have auto-production & fully auto-package lines with production capability of 10 000 sets per month.
Q: Could you provide sample for testing quality?
A: Yes. The sample is available. But normally you will be charged to the express cost.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: TT 30% deposit and balance before shipment; LC at sight is also acceptable.
Q: What is your delivery term?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF are acceptable. Delivery time normally is 35 days after deposit depending on your order quantity.
Q: How about the package?
A: We adopt super package which is fully enclosed inside, can well protect the goods, and we normally use pallet for easy load and unload. Wooden case& frame, corner protector also can be offered etc upon your request.
Q: How long is the warranty time?
A: 2.5 years guarantee.
