The main body of the sludge dewatering device is stacked by fixed ring and moving ring, with the screw shaft through it.
The front part is the concentration section and the back part is the dehydration section. From front to end part, the filter gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring, plus the pitch of screw shaft, are all gradually decrease.
The rotation of the screw shaft pushes the sludge from the concentration part to the dewatering part, also synchronously drives the moving ring to clean the filter gap and avoid clogging.
Widely used in municipal sewage treatment, petrochemical, light industry, chemical fiber, paper making, pharmaceutical,leather and other industries. 1) Continuous soaking, easily to operate and maintain with lower labor cost.
2) Designed with feeding powder or liquid function to meet different demands.
3) With the function of proportional deployment and arbitrarily adjusted the concentration of the medicine liquid based on actual needs.
4) The powder feeding groove with the function of anti-condensation and heating preservation, to avoid the medicine wetted, agglomerated or deteriorated.
5) Automatically intermit and pause cross stirring function when standby, medicine solution blended evenly with good effect.
