Rapid pyrolysis reaction in the reactor generates pyrolysis oil, carbon black, pyrolysis steel wire, and combustible gas. The combustible gas enters the hot air furnace for combustion after passing through the oil gas separation and recovery device, providing reaction heat for the entire production system.
High temperature oil and gas are cooled into a liquid state through a spray condensation system, and then pass through an oil and gas separation and recovery device before finally entering the oil tank for storage
Carbon black and pyrolysis steel wire are first recovered through cooling devices such as screw conveyors, and the recovered carbon black and steel wire are stored in storage tanks. Then, carbon black and pyrolysis steel wire can be separated through magnetic separation devices for steel wire recovery.
