Tilting aluminum alloy melting furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, crucible, burner, tilting device, heat recovery device and control system. It is suitable for melting or melting of color metals and alloys such as aluminum, zinc, lead, cadmium, tin and babbitt alloy. The temperature is fast and the maximum working temperature is 1000ºC (can be heated by electricity, oil and gas). The furnace can tilt the furnace body mounted on the support in the range of 95 degrees through the hydraulic top pump, pour the aluminum water into the mobile transfer bag, and then the user can move the mobile transfer bag to the required position for casting.
