Mainly used in the biopharmaceutical industry 2ml-20ml, as well as 50ml, 100ml vial washing, drying, liquid dispensing, semi-stopping (including plugging), capping and other processes of continuous automatic production.
The design and production of the linkage line meet the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP.

Composition

- This washing, drying and potting linkage production line consists of QCL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, KSZ series tunnel sterilization dryer, KGS series filling and plugging machine and ZG series capping machine.
- Optional upgradeable: according to customer requirements, optional wind speed online monitoring, plankton online detection, dust particle online detection, printing system, oven mesh tape, ultrasonic online cleaning and other functions.

Workflow

Vial unpacking→ mesh with bottle→ spraying water→ ultrasonic washing→ stranglehold into bottle→ cam lifting bottle → manipulator clamping bottle→ robot flip bottle → (bottle inside/outer wall spray rinsing)→ circulating water rinsing → circulating water rinsing → compressed air → injection water → compressed air → compressed air → (inside/outer wall blowing compressed air)→ manipulator flip bottle → synchronous out-of-bottle → preheating → high temperature drying sterilization→ cooling → → bottle → → filling → (post-nitrogen filling) → the hopper plug → automatically plugged and plugged→ automatically plugged (semi-plugged or fully plugged)→ freeze-dried → rolled cap → labeled → the finished product

    The parts in contact with the liquid are made of 316L material, high-quality silicone pipe or glassware, the outer parts are made of 304-2B stainless steel plate, and the rest of the parts are also in full compliance with the 2020 GMP requirements.

Such as increasing the bottle conveying network belt, automatic input and output of vials, avoiding manual handling and other processes, can achieve no turnover plate access in the clean area, reduce the cross-contamination of people and things in the clean area, and fully meet the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP.
