1. Applying methods: troweling, high-pressure airless spraying
2. Recommended curing conditions: normal temperature curing, ventilated environment, or high temperature baking
3. Single-layer construction thickness: 0.5-1mm (wet film thickness)
4. Pre-treatment: In order to maximize protection, the workpiece must be pre-treated before painting. The surface of the substrate to be adhered must be clean and dry, free of dust, oil and water stains; then the product can be directly applied.
5. Ambient temperature and humidity have a great influence on the surface drying and curing of the coating. The best construction environment temperature is 5-35°C and humidity is 50-70%RH
