High speed single-wall PE corrugated pipe

Qiangsheng plastic single-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by our company adopts gears to run moulds and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling air of the products,which ensures high-speed moulding,even corrugation,smooth inner and outer pipe wall.these corrugated pipes are especially used as wires of up-market cars,Production speed 20-30m/min.

 
Feature of Machine: 

It is mainly composed of the extruder, extruder die-head, corrugated pipe forming machine, forming machine chain mould, and winding machine can be added if customers need.

single wall flexible corrugated pipe machine has features of high temperature resistance,resistant to corrosion and abrasion,high intensity,good flexibility,etc.

1. we have two types production line ( normal speed and speed type ) 

2. corrugated machine could be gear transmission and chain transmission 

3. extruder and corrugated machine running speed could be controlled by ABB inverter , temperature meter be Omron brand , siemens contacters
