Customized Non-Standard Screws, Hexagonal Flange Locking Non-Slip Nuts

Flange nuts, also known as padded nuts, serrated nuts, hexagonal flange nuts, flange nuts, etc. Most of them are used for pipeline connections or workpieces that require additional nut contact surfaces.
The dimensions and thread specifications of flange nuts and general hexagonal nuts are basically the same, but compared to hexagonal nuts, they are integrated with washers and nuts, and have anti slip tooth patterns below, which increases the surface contact between the nut and the workpiece. Compared to the combination of ordinary nuts and washers, they are more secure and have greater tensile force.
The common flange nut specifications are generally below M20, as most flange nuts are used on pipelines and flange plates, which are constrained by the workpiece. Compared to nuts, the flange nut specifications are relatively less. Some flange nuts above M20 are mostly flat flanges, but there are no tooth patterns on the flange surface.
