Black tea, belongs to fully fermented tea, is a series of tea refined by withering, kneading, fermentation, drying and other processes, with red tea, red soup, red leaves, sweet and mellow flavour characteristics. The chemical reaction of polyphenols in the fermentation process of black tea makes the chemical composition of fresh leaves change a lot, which produces theaflavin, thearubigin and other components, and its aroma increases significantly compared with that of fresh leaves, forming the unique colour, aroma and taste of black tea.
Black tea is a fully fermented tea, which is refined by a series of processes such as withering, kneading (cutting), fermentation, drying and so on, taking the new buds and leaves of the tea tree as raw materials.
