The ship is a steel structure with a total length of 9.8 meters, a width of 2.4 meters, and a depth of 0.8 meters. It can carry 7 people, and will be used for traffic, inspection, emergency and other work in inland rivers and reservoir areas.

To match world-class standards, a fuel cell testing centre has been constructed to carry out testing and analysis of fuel cells, MEAs and related materials.
• There are fuel cell test rigs ranging from 100 watt to 100 kw and testing equipment such as SEM electron microscopes in the test centre.
• The R&D team has extensive experience in materials testing, and has the capability to evaluate fuel cells in line with international standards.
