The grain dryer machine that need to be dried enter the grain dryer through the grain grading mechanism. When the grains reach the low level of the grain storage section, the hot air fan is started to send hot air to dry the grains; When the grain reaches the material level in the grain storage section, the material level device acts and sends an electrical signal to start the grain discharge motor to start the grain discharge; When the grain reaches the high level of the grain storage section, an alarm will be triggered and the feeding will stop. At this point, the grain discharge continues and the grain level begins to decrease. When it reaches the middle level, the feed resumes and the cycle continues. Adjust the feeding amount to make the system in Dynamic equilibrium. After passing through the grain storage section and entering the air distribution section, the wet grain is evenly distributed in each ventilation section of the air distribution section, and the hot air flows outside the ventilation section to heat the grain; Then, the grain flow and hot air flow downwards simultaneously, entering the drying section. In the drying section, the grain is heated to vaporize the moisture in the grain, and then the vaporized moisture is discharged from the waste gas corner box in the form of exhaust gas, thereby drying the grain. The dried grain is cooled to a suitable temperature in the cooling section, and then discharged from the discharge section through the discharge hopper.
