Q2:How is the order process?
A2:Confirm specifications - > confirm price - > proofing - > confirm sample - > sign a contract, arrange bulk production - > finish production - > inspection (photo or real product) - > balance payment - > delivery - > after-sales service.
Q3:How soon can I get my products made? How can I make payment ?
A3:Sample production time is about 5-7 days and bulk production time is about 25-30 days after the payment is received and confirm all the details .
Usually we use Ali Trade Assurance,T/T,Western Union or PAYPAL.
Q4 .:Can I do a custom logo on the cap?
A4 : Yes.
Q5: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A5: If you can provide PDF, JPG, AI,etc.Our designer can make sample for final confirmation.
Q6: What shipping way usually you use ?
A6:Usually we use DHL,FedEx,UPS and TNT,about 3-5 days to your door after sending.
Q7:What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
