Two Layers Soft PE Pipe Extruder/Water Tube  Production Line 
 
This machine line applicable to the producing of all different kinds of high precise and efficient medical soft tubes, such as perfusion set, infusion set, catheter tube, nasal tube, suction tube, trachea cannula, anaesthesia tube, oxygen tube, latex tube and PVC short tube of disposable infusion apparatus and other medical soft tube product.

Main Features of Soft PE Pipe Machine:
 

1. Good components: Siemens Beide main motor, ABB inverter, Eurotherm DC regulator, Siemens low voltage electrics, Omron temperature controller

2. Good design and good outlook: We design the machine for easier operation and stable performance. The haul off machine and cutter is fully closed for safety purpose. Planetary socket is using in some machines for wire connection. 

3. Our engineers and technicians have more than 10 years experince, they know pipe machine well and make good pipe machine. 

4. The whole line adopts PLC performance control system and large liquid crystal screen,which makes the operation very convenient.The line can be equipped with another extruder used for estruding the mark line.

Application

2.Excellent corrosion resistance: Except for a few strong oxidants, it can withstand the erosion of a variety of chemical media; no electrochemical corrosion.
 
3.Long service life: PE pipe can be used safely for more than 50 years under rated temperature andpressure .
 
4. Better impact resistance: PE pipe has good toughness and high impact resistance, and heavy objects directly
