| A: We are honored to offer you samples to check the quality and test the market, |
| but you need to bear the sample costs at the sample stage. The samples' cost would be refunded after you place the order. |
| The sample time is 7-10 days. The sample fee depends on the design, material, size and some details. |

| Q4: What's your delivery time? |
| A: For bulk items and customized items, the production lead time is normally about 50-60days. |

| Q5: What's the MOQ of each product? |
| A: When produced in the Philippines: it will vary according to the style, generally 1000pcs per style and color |
| When produced in China: it will vary according to the style, generally 300-500pcs per style and color |

| Q6: How to proceed with an order? |
| Step 1: Send us your inquiry. |
| Step 2: We send quotations to you and some of our suggestions. |
| Step 3: We make samples for your approval. |
| Step 4: You confirm the sample and send us your purchase order. |
| Step 5: We will send you the PI, sign and seal on both sides. |
| Step 6: Arrange the production once your deposit is received. |
| Step 7: You pay the balance of payment before shipment or against B/L copy. |

| Q7: What are the terms of payment? |
| We will confirm the terms of payment with you when quoting, like FOB, CIF |
| In batch production, we accept a 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L. T/T is the main payment. |
