The generator recoil starter is to manually pull the pull plate to take up the line and start the engine to run, generally requiring two people to operate at the same time.
Generator recoil starter assembly, including cover, puller and handle. The pull disc is inside the housing. The handle is connected with the pull disc through the outer cover.
