Fish scale welding

Fish scale welding is a kind of welding process, because the welding plane is fish scale, so it is named. It is characterized by direct welding of pipe to pipe.

There are two ways to achieve fish scale welding
1.Use spot welding function to achieve
 

2.Wire feeder pulse wire feed
 

At present, our process page provides 10 process items for users to save parameters.The definition and range of process parameters are described below:

1.Process interface contains debugging process parameters, click the box (red) to modify, click OK after modification, and then save in the shortcut process, click import when using (modify - save - import).

2.Scanning speed range 2-6000mm/S, scanning width range 0^6mm. The scanning speed is limited by the scanning width, the limiting relationship is :10≤ scanning speed /(scanning width *2) ≤1000 If the limit is exceeded, it will automatically become the limit value. When the scan width is set to 0, no scanning will be done (i.e., point light source)(The most commonly used scanning speed: 300mm/S, width 2.5-4mm).

3.The peak power should be less than or equal to the laser power of the parameter page (such as the laser power 1000W, the value is not higher than 1000).

4.Duty cycle range: 0 to 100 (Default: 100, usually do not need to change).

5.The pulse frequency range is recommended to be 5-5000Hz (the default is 2000, usually do not need to change).

6.Click the HELP button on the upper right to obtain more related parameters.

7.After modifying the parameters, you can check whether the import is successful on the home page

Installation and debugging
Technicians can be sent to the factory for training (free of service fee for the first time). Customers only need to provide accommodation for engineers.
