Brief Introduction.
Ball Float Steam Trap can be divided into Free Float Type Steam Trap and Lever Ball Float Steam Trap. Both steam traps are Mechanical Steam Trap and mainly used for steam system to drain condensate water. Free Float Steam Trap with Model CS41/CS11 is similar to TLV Design, while Lever Float Steam Trap with model FT14/FT44 &FT43 similar to Spirax Sarco Design, . CS41 refers to Flange Type, CS11 refers to Threaded Type. Model FT14 refers to Threaded Type, while FT43/FT44 refers to Flanged Type. Structure Principle
Structural characteristic :
1.The valve adopts two kinds of sealing,e,g,balance double valve seat and single valve seat with reliable closedown and long life.2.There's always condensate water available in front of the valve with reliable water sealing and non-leakage of steam.3.No noise before operation in favor of environmental protection.4.At the beginning of ventilation,all the valves start and lowtemperature condensate water and air are rapidly expelled to greatly shorten the start time for equipment.5.Internal component is made of stainless steel, corrosion and cavitation erosion proof.Application
