RQ-ZH-120W box cartoning machine is a multi-functional product integrating light and electricity developed in recent years. It can automatically and quickly pack aluminum plastic plate, electronic cigarette, facial cleanser, ointment, sachets, bottle, granule bag, condom, soft double-layer aluminum,coffee,mask and etc.It high integration,this automatic horizontal cartoning packing machine can be connected with tail sealing machine,aluminum plastic blister packing machine,strapping machine according to customers' production requirements.
This box packing machine cartoning is especially suitable for bag and bottle products with large specifications,and it high degree of automation,from feeding,suction carton,forming,on line transmission,folding of leaflet,material testing,products and leaflet pushing into carton,printing batch number,with top fold flaps,carton sealing(mechanical sealing or hot melt glue),lack of material detection and rejection all automatically completed with improves work efficiency. This machine is fully meets of the requirements of GMP.

Features
1. Intelligence is highly,the accuracy of loading is 100%.Inspection points are densely distributed in various workstation, such as feeding device, quantity inspection , packaging into conveyor belt inspection, number of packages inspection, carton in place inspection and etc.
2. All the materials of this horizontal cartoning packing machine are made of nickel-chromium plated or stainless steel material, with stable chemical performance, corrosion resistance, non-toxicity and harmlessness. The welding position is tempered and durable.
3. The cartoning box machine is equipped with protective device. When the machine breaks down, the protective function will be activated immediately. It will not waste materials and ensure the safety of operators.
4. Three inspection were carried out in the packaging process of the products and instructions, and 100% of the unqualified products were rejected.
5. The feeding part of horizontal cartoning packing machine adopts double servo motor,speed up to 120 carton/min,compared with single servo motor,it has fast speed and stable operation.
6. Easy to adjust, only 3-5 parts need to be replaced to pack products of different sizes.
7. When the cartoning box packing machine breaks down,the specific situation can be check on the PLC ,convenient to maintenance and repair.
