Steel structure building componet system:primary members H steel , secondary members, roof and wall sheeting (or sandwich panel)connected to each other and various other building components. These buildings can be provided with different structural and non-structural additions such as skylights, wall lights, turbo vents, ridge ventilators, louvers, roof monitors, doors & windows, trusses, mezzanine floors, canopy, bridge crane if need, insulation etc., based on the customer's requirements. All the steel buildings are custom designed to be lighter in weight and high in strength. Materials of prefabricated steel structure workshop construction factory :

The main frame (columns and beams)is made of welded H-style steel.

The columns are connected to the foundation by pre-embeddding anchor bolt.

The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high intensity bolts.

The wall and roof are made of color steel board or color steel sandwich panels, which are connected with the purlin by self-tapping nails.

Doors and windows can be designed at anywhere which can be made into normal type, sliding type or roll up type with material of PVC, metal, alloy aluminum, sandwich panel and others.

IT will be ok if you can supply us the followings:
(a) The building's size: Longth, width, height, eave height
(b) Doors and windows: Size, quantity, where to put
(c) Local climate: Wind speed, snowload, earthquake( take any other serious weather into account)
(d) Wall and roof (material): Sandwich panel or corrugated sheet.

The packing method for main steel frame use steel pallet, This method packing can better protect the steel frame, and alos the loading and unloading will be fast and convenient since it could be taken as a whole.(see attached photo). The best advantage can save the quantity of shipping contaier, so it will save the cost of  ocean freight, save unlading time and cost.


The 40OT(open top containers):customers can upload the containers easily by lifting from the top opening.The top open is covered with heavy-duty canvas for protectin during shipping

6. What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on order quantities. In general the delivery time to nearest seaport in China will be 30 days after receiving deposit.
