If there is a problem with the order, what should I do?

our reasons, we will take full responsibility for it.
2. If it is due to a third party or force majeure, we will deal with it in accordance with the contract. Of course, we will also accept consultation with customers to share the specific responsibility.
3. If it is because of customer reasons, we generally will not be responsible. However, if it is a special case, we can bear part of it.
How can we get free samples?
For new customers, normally we do not provide free samples, but we can reduce the sample fee when you confirm the order. Of course, please contact our staff for specific circumstances.
