Product descriptions  STWD9008 cable stayed bridge steel strand special polyurea is a 100% solid content aromatic polyurea elastomer. It has been applied on the cable stayed bridges in America, Europe with its excellent anticorroison, abrasion resistance performance. In early 2012, STWD Urethane USA invested a company in China that is STWD Shanghai company, in June 2012, the first batch polyurea for steel strand wires was produced in Shanghai and exported to Europe. In August 2012, Anhui transportation group tested the polyurea application on steel wires that has great effect. STWD steel strand wires polyurea is widely applied in Chinese cable-stayed bridges.

Application note
  1. Agitate part B uniform prior to application, thoroughly mix the deposited pigments, or the product quality will be affected.
  1. spray polyurea within the proper time if the substrate surface is primed. For the application method and interval time of STWD polyurea special primer please refer to STWD companies' other brochure.
  2. Always apply STWD spray polyurea on a small area before large application to check the mix ratio, color and spray effect are correct. For detailed information of application please refer to the latest instruction sheet of the application instructions of STWD spray polyurea series.
