2).Quality Control:
*We have specialized QC testers to check the quality of the products according to different customers' requirement. Usually, it's random inspection, and we also offer 100% inspection at a reasonable price if required.
*We have IQC to check the dimensions and surface of the incoming material
*We have PQC to inspect full-course during the manufacturing processing
*We have FQC to inspect all the anodizing/plating and other finishes' products from our supplier and proceed with the professional quality and appearance inspection before shipping.

Ningbo Yuheng Energy Technology Co.,Ltd, founded in 1995,was located in Xikou town,Ningbo city which is 20Km away from Ningbo International Airport and 35Km away from Ningbo port. We are speciliazed in the manufacturing of CNC machinery parts,especially in petroleum machinery parts. We have taken 1/3 market share of the charge case and sub products. We have more than 300 employees working in the company. The factory has an area of more than 18,000 square meters. And we also provide a public workout gyms and reading rooms for our employees.
Our company is ISO9001 approved and we have been strictly following the system on production and management. We are aim to provide consistent and high-quality products and services to our clients. At the same time, we will keep providing value added service to our clients.

Q1: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A1: We are a factory

Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: Samples are generally 3-7 days; bulk orders are 10-25 days, depending on the quantity and parts requirements.

Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A3: Yes, we can provide samples, and we will charge you based on sample processing. The sample fee can be refunded after placing an order in batches.

Q4: Do you provide design drawings service?
A4: We mainly customize according to the drawings or samples provided by customers. For customers who don't know much about drawing, we can provide design and drawing services. You need to provide samples or sketches.

Q5: What about drawing confidentiality?
A5: The processed samples and drawings are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone else.

Q6: How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A6: We have set up multiple inspection procedures and can provide quality inspection report before delivery. And we can also provide samples for you to test before mass production.
